there are inspiring women in Boulder

So I am working at Title Nine. It is a women's active clothing retailer. I have loved their clothes for years, and every time I go into work I have to stop myself from buying all the dresses. hehe

Anyway, I see a lot of women come in and out of the store
old
young
tall
short
all sizes.
But living in Boulder most people are fit.

What really inspires me is seeing these really fit, beautiful older women. I want to be like that when I am their age.
Fit!

I can do it.

I have been excited about doing my exercise recently. I hope it stays that way. I have only been doing my "intense" core work for a couple days, so I hope this excitement lasts.

I am also going to start incorporating weights, tone my arms.

I am on my way!! GO SHELBI!
